Extremadura is the world-renowned region where for centuries Iberian products have been produced with rigour and professionalism, and where we develop ours.
We breed our Iberian pigs, during part of their life >in open air fields, in the middle of the Dehesa from Extremadura, what you can feel in the smell and taste from our products.
We follow traditional recipes and select the best spices (red pepper and black pepper), and afterwards our products are cured with utmost care in our bodegas to get our excellent product.
Finally we develop these suitable formats where product plays the main role, impelling our appetite.
100% Iberian snack. Slightly spicy with hints of black and white pepper. Tasty and mild. No colourings.
Serrano cured ham Gran Reserva. Cured for at least 16 months. Mild, juicy flavour. No colourings.
