Sandwich for a day trip

Ingredients for 1 sandwich:

  • Walnut bread (2 medium slices, about 50g)
  • Argal Salchichón (3-4 slices)
  • Roasted red and green peppers (about 50g)
  • Roasted onion and leek (about 20g)
  • Tomato pulp and olive oil

Preparation:

  • Thoroughly clean all vegetables and roast them in the oven for about 20 minutes at a medium heat.
  • Once cooked, remove the skin from the peppers and onion and the outer leaves from the leek.
  • Cut into thin strips and set aside. Place the tomato pulp and olive oil on the bread.
  • Add the roasted vegetables to taste, then the sausage and…it’s ready to eat! Enjoy!
